Can I visit vielmo consulting & mediation without an appointment to get information?
Our office at Ludwigstraße 57 in 70176 Stuttgart is open from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. You are welcome to visit us at any time. However it is easier if you make an appointment with us, so that we can take sufficient time for you.

COACHING​
What is the goal of coaching?
The coaching is absolutely open-ended in order to be able to work out the best possible result for you.

How is the coaching intended?
The coaching is designed to support you in developing an awareness of your current life situation, real possibilities and to guide you towards an authentic lifestyle. Please note that a coaching is not a substitute for psychological care and we cannot help with mental or addictive disorders.
How does the expert proceed during coaching?
Our expert, Dorothee Kurz, adapts her work to you individually and develops a method with you that you feel comfortable with and that is most profitable for you.

What costs will I incur?
You can expect a daily flat rate of 1.200€ (+VAT) and an hourly rate of 150€ (+VAT). However, we would also be happy to make you an individual offer.

What is the goal of the consulting?
The goal is to support architectural offices in the ongoing process or during the start-up in the areas of commercial, management and/or personnel.
To which industries is the offer directed?
Our consulting offer is aimed at companies and individuals from the architecture industry. Due to our many years of activity in this field, we can draw on extensive know-how in dealing with planning tasks.

What services do we offer?
Our consulting services include intensive support during the foundation of a company or in the ongoing process for already established companies. Furthermore, we also offer individual services in the areas of commercial, management and/or personnel.

What costs will I incur?
You can expect a half-day-rate of 600€ (+VAT), a daily flat rate of 1.200€ (+VAT) and an hourly rate of 150€ (+VAT). However, we would also be happy to make you an individual offer.

Is there a program for the Lean trainings?
At vielmo consulting & mediation, we make a point of tailoring the Lean program to a company individually. Therefore, if you are interested in integrating the method into your processes, please contact us. After we have an insight into your company, your wishes and ideas, we will make you an offer for an individual program.

MEDIATION
​
What is a pilot and what is the difference between a pilot and a mediator?
A pilot accompanies a project continuously from the beginning, points out possible discrepancies at an early stage in order to prevent misunderstandings and disputes. He acts preventively, whereas the mediator only becomes active when both parties cannot get on without help.

Are there special topics that can be mediated or topics that cannot be mediated?
Generally all topics can be mediated. However, we do specialize in the area of construction/real estate and offer you added value in this field.
